The intake of milk and dairy products within their recommended daily allowances involves achieving a nutritional balance that has a positive effect on the health and welfare of human beings.

This basic food contains some different from other vegetable drinks nutritional properties. This approach is reflected in a report by the Spanish Nutrition Foundation (FEN) and the Latin American Nutrition Foundation (FINUT).

The report noted that more than 70% of the population does not cover key development recommended intakes of calcium, a mineral and bone strength, and only 20% of the Spanish population meets the recommended daily amounts of omega -3, essential, among other things, to maintain good cardiovascular health and proper development of the nervous system and cognitive.
