The food makes us feel good and sport too. However, for one reason or another it does not seem to reach agreement and there is always one that just winning the game.

ÑAM GYM and make you feel good and if you have not yet deciphered, is a pun referring to the famous icon of balance, harmony and proportion: Ying and Yang.

When I say I do not agree it is because when it refers to ÑAM usually exceeds pro-portion GYM. The recommended servings are never enough, right?

My question is why is it so difficult to abide to these parts? It is certainly easier completion of the piece of cake than a bowl of vegetables. Are we not our parents that we must "eat everything" when we were kids say?

Barbara Rolls, PhD, of Pennsylvania State University, as part of a study offered a piece of cake to children between 3 and 5 years. The older the dish is finished and even chose the largest piece but smaller stood as "satisfied" felt. Rolls found that with age our learning beyond our intuition.

It is here where I wonder if we eat for food or habit. If we know when the body longer satisfied or if perhaps we use something we learned in our childhood.

Good nutrition starts with listening to your body and understand that food needs beyond what we read, hear and hear.

However, what can we do if we say that obesity is in the genes?

Seville and Chicago scientists have thought to find the gene responsible for the fat which in turn is related to diabetes. Iroquois call and is within a gene called FTO.

That's the fault is in our genetics.

Are we going to stay sentandos pill waiting at the gene or worse throw overboard our health if we have the gene?

The balance exists or else we would fall us to walk every time we lift a foot off the ground. It is a simple movement but extreme diets are not. When we make radical changes it is when our balance falters.
