An international group of scientists has conducted an investigation to determine which characters in the story are regarded as the greatest heroes and villains around the world.

The study, the result of which is published in the scientific journal PLoS One, was conducted by consulting 6,902 college students, average age 23, from various countries, including Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, Mexico, United States, Australia, Pakistan, South Korea, India, Tunisia, Spain, Italy, China, Japan, and others. The results?
Albert Einstein, Mother Teresa, Gandhi, Martin Luther King, Newton, Jesus, Mandela, Edison, Lincoln and Buddha in the top 10 of the heroes of the history of this world a heterogeneous conglomerate of politicians, scientists and religious figures seen ; in that order. The group of villains is more homogeneous in terms of discipline (although ideologically disparate) as presented to the political and military leaders Adolf Hitler, Osama bin Laden, Saddam Hussein, George Bush son, Stalin, Mao, Lenin , Genghis Khan, Saladin and Napoleon Emperor Quin.
Notably, the study involved the evaluation of 40 volunteers made historical figures derived from a previous study, in which volunteers simply to choose the characters and important events in history, regardless of its assessment was requested.
