The question is overwhelming, and it seems impossible to be answered: how it all began? How did life originate? Technically, the question would be something like this: how is that achieved the first amino acids assembled in necessary to launch the first living cells proteins; How was the transition from those first building blocks of life to the first, very first life forms, some 4,000 million years ago.
Incredibly, there are scientists who have agreed to an answer: a group of researchers from the University of North Carolina have described in an article published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences. They explain that "long before the largest and most sophisticated molecules came on the scene, a close relationship between the physical properties of amino acids, the genetic code and protein folding was essential.
And this close interaction was probably the key factor that made possible the evolution from the building blocks of life to the first organisms ". Until now it was assumed that the first living organism, the universal common ancestor (LUCA, for its acronym in English) emerged makes 3,600 million, as equipped with all the basic components that characterize living beings of all time celled organism; but it was not known what had happened before, how LUCA had appeared on Earth.
Researchers have taken this amazing step back, saying that the RNA had not invent himself from the "primordial soup", they first had to interactions between amino acids and nucleotides that eventually lead to the creation of proteins and RNA.
