Margaretha Geertruida Zelle was born on August 7, 1876 and died on October 15, 1917, it was a famous stripper,
who was sentenced to death for spying and executed during the First World War (1914-1918). In 1917, seven months before the end of the "Great War" he was put on trial in France accused of espionage, of being a double agent for Germany and have caused the death of thousands of soldiers.
She was convicted without hard evidence and based on unproven hypotheses today (early twenty-first century) would not hold in a modern trial. She was executed by firing squad. Legend holds that the squad had to be blindfolded not to succumb to its charms,
