This could be the final week without Cooper Kupp for the Los Angeles Rams. Sean McVay told reporters on Friday that Kupp will return to practise next week, which means he'll be activated from injured reserve within the next 21 days.
A return to practise does not guarantee that he will be activated right away, but it is an encouraging sign for his chances of participating in Week 5. Sean McVay recently stated that the hope is for Kupp to return when he is first eligible in Week 5; the Rams meet the Eagles that week, so having Kupp back for that big game would be enormous.
Kupp has been out since hurting his hamstring again soon before the season began. He initially strained his hamstring at training camp in July, so he hasn't done any work in the last two months.
Fortunately, he already has terrific connection with Matthew Stafford, so he won't be lost for long.
